Confidentiality
Confidentiality is first. Long before your cell phones are recycled, resold or reused, we make certain to ensure all information within your handsets is removed. All corporate, proprietary and personal information on handsets and devices including contacts, text messages, pictures, web and recent call history is “scrubbed” or erased beginning within 24 hours of receipt at our facility; restoring equipment to original factory settings. Cell phones that are defective but still power on, are destroyed, rendering them useless and recycled in accordance with EPA guidelines. Once this process has been completed, your company will receive a confirmation letter of completion via e-mail.
Recycle
We will recycle your organization’s mobile phones at NO COST to ensure that toxic materials inside your unused cell phones—such as lead, mercury and arsenic—do not end up in your local landfill, contaminating the environment. Recell
Within hours of “scrubbing” or erasing all information from your devices, ReCellOne begins the long process of evaluating the phones for second life use. We extend the useful life of your recycled phones in several ways including retail marketing, wholesale re-distribution and charitable donation. Cell phones without value are forwarded to a bulk scrap facility for recycling that meets all EPA guidelines.

Reuse comes to us in many forms. Reuse gives people, who could not otherwise afford them, free or reduced cost access to new phones. Inherently extending the life of that phone.
